We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
PURCHASES AND PRICING
All purchases are subject to product availability. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. All pricing reflects the "Investment" philosophy — our products are premium, limited-edition items priced accordingly. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We never directly handle or store credit card information.
PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND SERIALIZATION
Every EHVIIE product is serialized and verifiable through our authentication system. Each item is assigned a unique serial number that serves as its identity for verification, ownership registration, and transfer. By purchasing a product, you agree to: - Register your serial number to confirm ownership - Not duplicate, counterfeit, or misrepresent serial numbers - Report any suspected counterfeits to customersupport@ehviie.com Edition numbers, once assigned and confirmed through purchase, are final and cannot be changed. Serial verification data is stored securely and used solely for authenticity purposes.
OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS
EHVIIE products may be transferred to new owners through our official transfer system. Both parties must consent to the transfer, and the transfer must be completed through our platform. We are not responsible for transfers conducted outside our official system. Unauthorized transfers may void authenticity verification for the item in question.
MEMBER PORTAL AND LOYALTY PROGRAM
Access to the Member Portal requires at least one qualifying purchase. Qualifying purchases include main products (shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) — patches and accessories do not count toward portal access or loyalty tier progression. Loyalty tier benefits are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify tier thresholds, rewards, and benefits with reasonable notice. Loyalty status and benefits are non-transferable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, character names, storylines (including the Outpast Curfew storyline), trademarks, logos, and original artwork on this site are the exclusive property of EHVIIE. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to character designs, product imagery, brand assets, and website UI elements. Limited personal use (such as sharing product photos on social media with credit) is permitted.
ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: - Violate these terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Attempt to circumvent security measures or authentication systems - Abuse the serial verification or transfer systems
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EHVIIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EHVIIE operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
