DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300. Standard Shipping (under $300): 5-7 business days — calculated at checkout
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Free shipping threshold applies to domestic (USA) orders only. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
Signature confirmation is required on all Outpast Curfew orders and all orders totaling $500 or more. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. If you decline or refuse to sign at the time of delivery, you are accepting full responsibility for any loss or theft of the package. EHVIIE is not liable for packages marked as delivered where signature was declined or refused.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order at no additional cost after our claims verification process is completed — no need to file a claim through the shipping carrier yourself. All Shipping Protection claims are subject to an internal review process, which may include carrier tracking verification, delivery confirmation analysis, and additional documentation from the customer. Approval of a resend is not automatic and is determined on a case-by-case basis. The Shipping Protection fee is based on your order total and is applied in your cart. Toggle it on before checkout. Orders without Shipping Protection are still eligible to file lost or damaged package claims, but resolution is subject to review and approval at EHVIIE's discretion and may require you to file a claim directly with the carrier.
PACKAGING
Outpast Curfew Vol. I orders arrive in a presentation case — part of the collection, designed to be kept. Core Pieces and Street Files ship in premium wrapping with branded details. Clean, minimal, elevated. Belts are presented the way a luxury accessory should be — dust bag, branded box, nothing less. All orders include branded tissue, authenticity inserts, and any applicable collectible cards or verification materials.
